Statement:
When I looked at this chair, I felt like there was a world of possibilities that I could go with. Being away from my family, I think about them a lot during this time. I thought about my sister and how she and our family love small versions of big things. The idea motivated me more than any other idea so I took the chair apart and cut each piece into smaller pieces to create the same chair, but small! I wish I could show this piece to my mom, brother, and sister in person because I think they would enjoy it very much. Lately, I feel like a fraction of me is missing without my family.
