Artist Statement

In spring, we can look at beautiful yellow flowers blooming on the prickly pear. Beautiful yellow flowers endured the dry and harsh climate before spring comes. This vessel, titled “Endurance”, is similar to yellow flowers of prickly pear, and metaphors the patience before blooming.
